     Vice President Nick Gallant

As the Fort Myers Branch Manager of Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), Nick Gallant oversees the Environmental Services Division for Southwest Florida. PSI is a full service consulting firm that specializes in Environmental Consulting, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing & Engineering, Industrial Hygiene
NDE, Property Condition Assessments, Facilities & Roof Consulting, and Specialty Engineering & Testing. Mr. Gallant is a Licensed Environmental Professional and a Certified Florida Environmental Assessor and has provided services for a variety of public and private property owners and managers throughout Southwest Florida.

    Secretary Mary Tardiff

Director of Property & Asset Management
As LandQwest Commercial Property Management’s director of asset management, Mary oversees the company’s property management division, in addition to servicing third-party commercial accounts. Mary has more than 13 years of experience in property management, lease administration, and marketing. Her professional experience and expertise was achieved through some of the nation’s most respected names in commercial real estate, Simon Property Group and the Cafaro Company. Mary currently manages a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space throughout Florida’s West Coast, the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.

     Treasurer/ BAE and Past President   Richard King

Richard King is a Senior Property Manager for Colliers Arnold. He has been a BOMA member since 1998. Currently he is serving as Treasurer for BOMA Southern Region and Secretary of BOMA Floirda.  He is also on the BOMA International Awards and Co-Chair of The Retail Building Standard of Measurement Committee. He has worked on the BOMA International SIG for Mixed Use Properties.
