Welcome to The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of South West Florida.

We represent the Real Estate Professionals of Colliers, Lee and Charlotte Counties. Through our contacts with BOMA Florida and BOMA International and along with our working alliances with other organizations, we have the ability to monitor legislation that may impact the Real Estate Industry and Educate our members with informative seminars and presentations and to share knowledge with each other.

2009: 

Happy New Year All. We just held our second elections and now have a new President and Board of Directors.

As we finish off 2008 and looking to 2009 we find that road we left rocky and down hill and the road we are on starting to level off. We are still in trying times, but each week passing is showing a increase in Real Estate Activity. No matter what the course, we still need to maintain and operate the properties.

The Governor of the state has mandated sustainability (Going Green) and BOMA is here to help. We have formed alliances with the USGBC and have planned several luncheons and seminars to help you achieve sustainability in your buildings
